We have served over 100,000 customers and processed millions of dollars in convenience loans for our customers in Denton and the surrounding area. In 47 years we’ve been operating from the same location as a family owned business. McBride Music and Pawn has established itself as a trusted member of the Denton business community providing quality service since 1968 and we are the oldest, best recognized independently owned pawn shop in the area.

A SAFE LOAN OPTION

Life happens. When it does any individual or family can find themselves in a cash flow crunch. When negotiating a loan with a pawn broker, access is given to cash when you need it the most. The fee you pay for your loan through us is a service fee for borrowing, secured with a piece of property that is equal to the value of your loan.

If you are able to pay the loan back within the agreed upon time period, the property is returned to you. If you are unable to pay back your loan, the pawn shop retains ownership of the item in lieu of loan repayment. Our customers receive the cash they need, and the flexibility to repay their loan or use the pawned property as collateral instead.
